Suggest a better description350 degrees. 40-50 min. Whip shortenimg & butter until mix is creamy & fluffy. Add masa harina slowly while whipping mix. Then, gradually add H2O & mix well. Process corn on coarsely slice, stir into mix. Combine baking powder, cream, salt, sugar & cornmeal. Add to masa just until batter is mixed well. Grease 8 in. pan covered with foil. Bake o/ add to second pan with H2O on the bottom checking water level. Allow to stand a few min. before serving.
