1. Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
2. Create mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 beaten eggs, 1 can cream style corn, 8oz sour cream, and 1/4 cup melted butter.
- Stir in 1 can whole kernel corn, 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup chopped onion, and 4 ounces diced green chilies.
- Stir in 8.5 ounces corn muffin mix until just moistened.
- Pour into greased casserole dish.
3. Bake:
- Bake mixture preheated 350 degrees F for 75 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean and the top is golden.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
