Preheat oven to 400 deg F
Grease 4ea 6-8 oz ramekins
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together, adding salt and pepper to taste
Pour mixture evenly into ramekins (about 3/4 full)
Place in a baking pan then into the oven. Add boiling water around the ramekins, about height of the mixture.
Bake until knife comes out clean (25-35 minutes)
