combine 4 cups milk and 1/2 cup flour on stove and thicken...add 1/2 box veggie broth.
Meanwhile, saute sweet onions and a pint of red potatoes diced (small veggie box like you get at veggie store)
when almost done add diced red pepper and simmer till tender
Cook 6 ears corn to make 4 cups off cob. Add to ingredients and simmer until flavor is through. Add salt and pepper and maybe more butter. Butter makes it the bst.
