Easy receipt, great taste!
Cook potatoes in water 10-15 min. Don't drain. Meanwhile fry bacon until some fat has cooked out. Add onion cook till soft and bacon is lightly browned. Add corn, bacon and onions to potatoes. Cook until potatoes are done. About 10 min. Add milk salt / pepper and parsley.
I also like to add Tony Chachere's seasoning and Montreal steak seasoning
