Suggest a better descriptionSaute bacon til light brown and then add onions and garlic and cook until onions are tender. Add potatoes, chicken stock, water and pepper to taste and simmer, covered for 20 min. Mash potatoes lightly, then add cans of corn, and butter and heat through for about 10 min, stirring frequently. Add milk and cream and heat on very low heat for another 10 minutes or until simmering gently. Stir frequently. Serve with cheddar and green onions.
