Suggest a better descriptionPut the ghee and onion in the pan until it is transparent. Reserve aside.
Blend the milk (warm) and 3 cups of corn for 5 min. Then, add the onion, salt, pepper and blend a bit more.
Transfer to a pan and add the remaining corn and the nutmeg.
Spred a mix with sesame seeds and chia seeds on top to decorate before serving.
It lasts 3 months in the freeze. (refrigerate before freezing it).
