In a large mixing bowl, mix together the corn muffin mix, creamed corn, melted butter sticks, sour cream, honey and 1 cup shredded cheese.
In a skillet, saute the butter, hotdogs, chiles, and yellow corn until the hotdogs are lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add to the batter and mix well.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13" baking dish, top with additional cheese.
Bake, uncovered, until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
