1. Mix corn kernels, juice, courgettes & egg together in a bowl
2. Add flour, salt & pepper
3. Spoon into frypan on medium heat with oil
4. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side (flip when bubbles start to form on top)
Serve with bacon, avocado, sour cream and more bacon
