Suggest a better descriptionPlace corn in 1-quart microwave-safe casserole. Add margarine, chives, Italian seasoning. Cover with casserole lid. Microwave (high) 5 to 6 minutes or until corn is done, stirring once. Add garlic salt, olives and cheese. Mix to coat. A 10 ounce package of frozen corn can be substituted for 2 cups frozen corn. Ripe olives and Parmesan cheese give frozen corn an Italian flair.
