Corn Macaroni and Cheese! I know, right? It sounds like an odd combination, but try it! It is a huge hit at get togethers! It is quite rich and delicious and definitily EASY!
Boil the Macaroni noodles. While they boil, melt the Cheese and Butter in a saucepan stirring frequently. Add the cream corn and corn to the cheese/butter mixture stirring frequently but do not bring it to a boil. Drain the noodles and combine all ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered and an additional 30 minutes uncovered.
I'm pretty sure this would be great for a crock pot, but haven't tried it yet. Let me know if you try it! It worked out great in a toaster oven.
