Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the broiler. Drain the peppers and place in bowl. Add onion, corn and cheese to the peppers and mix gently until the ingredients are well combined. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil. Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer on the baking sheet. Place about 1 tbsp of the mixture on top of each tortilla chip.
