Quick and easy way to cook corn on the cob; fresh or frozen
Place all 4 ears of corn into the microwave, with husks on. (If cooking already husked corn, place cobs into a casserole dish with lid for cooking).
Cook 3 1/2 minutes for the first ear, then 3 minutes for additional ears (12 1/2 minutes for 4 ears). Check corn for doneness by pushing a kernel to make it “pop” juices. If the kernel is still too firm, cook another minute or two until done.
Remove corn from microwave and place on platter. Husk each ear as you eat it. The ears will be hot, but will husk very easily.
