Quick and easy. And the best part is the corn doesn't need to be drained so it doesn't make the butter run off!!
Husk and remove all the silk strands from the corn.
Place rack in bottom of cooker. Add the water.
Place the corn in the cooker, criss-crossing if more that one layer. Cover and close vent.
Cook on High pressure and adjust the time setting to get a total of 8 minutes on the timer.
Serve with butter. Salt and pepper to tast.
STOVE TOP METHOD:
In a large stock pot over medium-high heat, add the cleaned corn. Add enough water to cover the corn. Cover and bring to a boil. Continue to cook for 8-10 minutes or until desired tenderness. Let the corn rest in the water until ready to eat or it will shrivel as it cools.
