I live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA...... My husband was raised on good ole fashioned Southern style cookin. One of the staples was corn pudding, but all of the early recipes I found required a water bath or whatever - too much trouble. Then my family turns this up - NO FAIL, NO FUSS, GOOD OLE CORN PUDDIN - Easy and never failed for me or my kids (all boys) - so should work. Beat eggs; add milk, corn, and melted butter and blend. In small bowl, mix sugar, salt, and flour. When mixed add to corn mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. ENJOY DAVE
