Blend in milk Stir in corn, salt, pepper and hot sauce Cover with wax paper. Microwave at medium high (70%) 5 minutes. Stir. Recover. Microwave at medium high (70%) until center is set but not dry. Sprinkle on bread crumbs and cheese. Microwave at medium high (70%) until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
