Oven temp: 180C, 350F
1. Grease & line a 23x13cm loaf tin. Sift the flour, baking powder & 5ml salt into a bowl. Stir in the corn, salsa, oil & eggs and mix well. Season to taste with salt.
2. Spoon into the tin & sprinkle w/ the cheddar cheese.
3. Bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 mins. Serve sliced & spread with butter.
