1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Combine soup , milk and eggs ; Add crushed saltines , pimento , onion , and half of the cheese . Stir in the corn ( Thawed until just loose )
3. Turn into a greased 10 x 6 baking dish . Garnish with green pepper rings .
4. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes . Top with remaining cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes , or until cheese is melted .
