Preheat to 350. Melt butter in microwave, add cream cheese and microwave 15 sec more or until softened. Stir until well blended. Add both corns, muffin mix and eggs, mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 and sprinkle with cheddar. Bake 40 mins or until golden brown.
