Preheat oven to 350.
Brush both sides of tortillas (as many as you wish to make) with olive oil.
Stack tortillas for easy cutting.
Cut tortillas into wedges (8 per tortilla).
Place on parchment sheet on baking sheet. Do not overlap tortillas or crowd them.
Squeeze generous amount of lime juice on the tortilla wedges and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Make only what is needed as these do not keep well.
