Suggest a better description*Brown ground beef with onions and seasoning. Drain and set aside.
*Prepare cornbread mixture per directions. Add jalapenos and handful of cheese. Set aside
*Add beans, enchilada sauce, corn and desired amount of cheese to meat mixture. Pour into casserole dish.
*Top with cornbread mixture. Cook to cornbread directions. Once cornbread is ALMOST done, poke spoon into casserole in about 4 spots and shove pat of butter in it. This will help keep cornbread moist.
you may drain the beans or not. your choice. use more or less beef depending on what you desire.
