Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Into large bowl sift flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in cornmeal, mix well.
In medium size bowl, beat eggs lightly, stir in milk and oil until blended. Pour this over cornmeal mixture. Stir only until moistened. Do not over mix.
Into 9x9 inch baking pan, pour the batter.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center come out clean (about 20-25 minutes)
