In frying pan, brown ground beef. Drain.
Add taco seasoning and prepare according to directions.
Stir in chili and 1 cup of the cheese.
Remove from heat.
In another bowl prepare the Jiffy mix according to directions.
Stir in corn and rest of the cheese.
Spoon ground beef mixture into greased 11" x 7" pan. Top with cornbread mixture, spreading evenly to edges of pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream.
