Cornbread with cheese and spinach
Heat oven to 425. Spray and 9 inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
Combine milk, oil and egg in large bowl.
Add cornmeal mix, onions, garlic, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Stir until just moistened. Fold in spinach and cheddar cheese.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake 25 minutes.
