1. Preheat the oven to 400F. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and stevia.
2. Add the egg whites, milk, ricotta, and honey. Mix well.
3. Coat a 9"X9" baking dish with cooking spray. Wipe away any excess spray with a paper towel. Add the batter.
4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
