Best corned beef I've ever had!
Boil brisket in pot of water for about 3 minutes.
Drain the water and pat dry.
Preheat oven to 350.
Foil a pan.
Place brisket fat-side up on foil.
Combine mustard & honey.
Pour 1/4 of mustard-honey mixture in a dish for dipping later.
Spread the remaining mixture on top of the brisket.
Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Wrap the brisket in foil so that space is left b/w the brisket & the foil.
Bake for 2 hours.
Open the foil and broil the brisket for 2-3 minutes until the top is bubbly and lightly browned.
Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Enjoy.
