Combine Salts, sugar and water and bring to a simmer. Let cool.
In a large zip top bag, add brisket, beer, ice and brine mixture.
Let cure for 8 to 10 days.
Remove brisket and thoroughly rinse.
In a large pan, place brisket with vegetables. Cover with water and additional beer if desired.
Roast at 275 for about 30 minutes per pound.
