Cut up carrots.
Place carrot and onion in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Mix the brown sugar, vinegar, cloves ang peppercorns in a bowl.
Wash and dry the beef.
Place the beef in the slow cooker.
Pour the vinaigrette mixture over the beef. Cover with water and slow cook for 8 hours
