Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 200ºc. Spray baking trays with canola oil. Melt margarine. Beat egg and sugar. Sift flour and custard powder and mix all ingredients together then add margarine. Mix well. Roll tablespoons of mixture into a ball. Place onto trays and flatten slightly with a fork. Bake for 10 mins or until golden brown. Stand 5 mins on tray before transferring to wire rack to cool.
