Suggest a better description1. Mix butter with sugar, then add grated lemon peel and vanilla extract.
2. Add eggs, one by one, continuously whipping, until it is a smooth cream.
3. Sift both flours and add butter mixture to make a dough.
4. Form a ball, cover with plastic and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
5. Set oven to 365 F. Dust work surface with cornflour, then take dough from fridge, work with rolling pin until it is about 1/2 inch thick.
6. Cut circles of about 1 1/4 with a cookie cutter and place cut dough on buttered baking sheet, leaving 1/2 inch between them.
7. Back for 10-15 minutes until dough is dry and a pale golden color.
8. Let cool before making sandwiches, using dulce de leche as glue, and top with powdered coconut.
9. Enjoy with a nice cup of tea.
