Brine or Season inside and outside cavity of hens
1. Saute all vegetables with butter till halfway cooked
2. Add white wine, lemon, and salt
3. Pour in cooking pan with hens cover tightly
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
5. Uncover and bake for 350 for 30 minutes
