Stir together first 3 ingred in small bowl until smooth. Stir in corn kernels. Drop mmixture by 1/4 cupfuls for each cornmeal cake onto a hot, lightly greased griddle or large nonstick skillet. Cook over med heat 3-4 min on each side or until golden.
Divide slaw among cakes; layer w/chicken, sauce and avocado slice.
