Suggest a better descriptionPour the boiling water over the cornmeal; let stand for five minutes, stirring once or twice.
Warm griddle to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add the soured milk and eggs to the cornmeal and mix. Add the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda) to the wet and mix. Lastly add the melted butter and mix.
Fry pancakes on preheated griddle.
Serve warm with your favourite toppings.
