Combine tomato sauce, broth, onions, green chilies, and seasonings in a one quart casserole. Microwave on high for 10 minutes or until mixture boils. Stir in chicken and set aside. Mix rice & sour cream in shallow two quart casserole. Sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese and pour sauce over all. Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle with corn chips. Microwave on high for five minutes.
