Suggest a better descriptionBeat egg yolks and add the honey slowly. Cook this mixture over alow heat until it is a thick mass, stir constantly. Remove & allow to cool to room-temp. Whip the egg whites until stiff. Fold into the yolk-honey mixture and chill for 2-3 hours. You may garnish with nuts or fresh fruit slices.
