Oaxtepec is a small town in the State of Morelos, about 40 minutes south from Mexico City. It is mostly known for its large water park but its food is also quite flavorful. We learned this recipe from a cook that we used to hire when we used to visit the water park. It is very easy to make and super tasty.
• Cut the ribs into 3” long pieces and place on the slow cooker. Sprinkle generously with salt. Pour the Morelos Sauce over the ribs, cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
• Serve with warm corn tortillas.
