Simmer for 20 - 25 minutes or until sauce thickens. Stir in the peas.Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Meanwhile. cook potato in a saucepan of boiling water for 8 minutes or until just tender, drain.
return to pan. Add milk and butter. Mash until smooth. Spoon beef mixture into a 5cm deep dish.
Top with potato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until golden.
