Suggest a better descriptionCook potatoes in boiling water to cover 30 minutes or until done. Drain. Allow potatoes to cool to touch. Peel and dice. Saute onion and green pepper in better until tender. Combine potatoes and onion mixture and remaining ingredients. Stir gently. Spoon into lightly greased 12x9x2 inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Remove cover. Bake addition 10 minutes.
