Separate 3 eggs. Discard yolks. Ensure whites are clear.
Beat whites until stiff while slowly adding 3/4 cup sugar and 1/8 tsp Cream of Tartar and 1/2 tsp Peppermint (or other flavor).
Put mixture into piping bag (ziplock will work also, just cut a tiny hole in one corner).
Squeeze out 6 servings onto silicone mat and cook until outer shell is hard, about 90 minutes.
About 80 calories each.
