Bake potato's at 350 degrees for 70 minutes.Cube cooled potatoes. Melt butter and stir in flour. Gradually add milk and bring to a boil. Cook for 2 more minutes or until thickened. Whisk in sour cream and add potatoes and green onions. Add bacon and cheese to each individual bowl.
