BBQ Ribs in the Oven.
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
2. Season country ribs with favority rub if applicable. No need to...just a taste preference.
3. Using a shallow roaster, add a little water (just enough to cover the bottom) and then place the ribs in a single layer.
4. Tent foil over the ribs (make sure there is an air gap between the foil and the ribs).
5. Bake in a preheated oven for 2 hours - the ribs should be tender.
6. Pull the tray (be careful due to water and grease in the pan), take the foil off and add favority BBQ sauce over the ribs.
7. Return to oven and bake one more hour at 200 to 250 degrees F.
Note - The water in the bottom does two things...keeps the moisture level up and makes pan cleanup easier.
