Suggest a better descriptionPick over and wash beans. Cover with water in pan and bring to boil. Remove from heat and let stand 1.5 to 2 hours.
Saute sausages, onion, carrot and celery until veggies are tender. Add beans and veg/sausage mixture to soup pot.
Add water, tomatoes and juice. Simmer 45 minutes.
Stir in bay leaf, salt, pepper, basil, sugar, mustard, parsley, worcestershire sauce and marjoram. Simmer until beans are tender, about 30 minutes. Discard bay leaf.
