A simple variation of the usual couscous
1. Take a saucepan and combine the chicken stock, orange juice, and olive oil and just bring to a boil.
2. Stir in the couscous, cover, remove from the heat.
3. DO NOT OPEN THE LID, TOUCH, OR PEEK under the lid for FIVE minutes. In other words leave it alone.
4. Fluff cuscous with a fork before serving.
