Suggest a better description1. Bring 3 cups water to a boil with butter and a pinch of salt. Once boiling add 2 cups of couscous, turn heat to medium low and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Chop all vegetables and put into large bowl.
3. Chop feta and set aside.
4. Stir in couscous, oil, spices and lemon juice.
5. Add cheese and lightly stir.
