Suggest a better description1: Add oil to hot saucepan. When oil is shimmering add shallot and ginger until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Add saffron, water, and stock. Bring to boil. When boiling add couscous and immediately cover. Remove from heat and let it sit off the heat for ten minutes.
2: When the liquid has been fully absorbed, remove the lid. Add butter and herbs then gently stir to combine. Serve with lemon wedge on side
