butter a 2 qt casserole dish.
mix broccoli with cheese and put in dish.
mix all other ingredients (except for onion rings and butter) and pour over broccoli and cheese mixture.
sprinkle with onion rings and dot with butter.
Bake 30-40 min at 350° until bubbly.
