Cook ground beef and onion, breaking meat up as it cooks. Cook until onions are tender & drain fat. Add all other ingredients (EXCEPT BACON) in a crock pot. Stir in meat and onion mixture. Top with bacon. (we used precooked bacon crumbs) Cook in crockpot on HIGH for 1 hour, and reduce to LOW for 2-4 hours.
