This is a family favorite. It's quick and easy to make.
Prep oven at 350 degrees
Brown ground beef with cumin and season salt. If not using lean or extra lean meat make sure you drain the meat after browning. After draining the corn and beans, mix with soup and paste inside the backing dish or pot you will be baking in. Add the ground beef and mix thoroughly. Pat down inside the dish. Prepare potatoes as directed on the package. Spread over the meat mixture. Put in oven for 30 min. The remaining 10 add the cheese.
