Suggest a better descriptionFor Dressing: in a large bowl, wisk Tabasco, red wine vinegar, oil, garlic salt, and black pepper to taste. Gently stir in the avocado. Set aside.
For salad: drain and rinse peas and corn. For extra flavor, brown the corn in a skillet on stove.
Combine corn, peas, green onions, cilantro, tomatoes, jicama. Add to avocado and dressing mixture and toss gently. Add sliced cabbage and toss, but don't over mix.
Chill for 2 hours.
