Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. Cream butter and add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one. Beat in vanilla. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & salt in a bowl. Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture. Add chocolate chips, oatmeal, coconut and nuts. For each cookie drop 1/4 cup dough onto ungreased cookie sheet spacing 3 inches apart. Bake in 350 degree oven for 17 - 20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove cookies to rack to cool. For 6 dozen smaller cookies, use 2 tablespoons dough for each. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
